We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we aim to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please read the following return policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from ANN COMMERCE CLOUD LLC under the following conditions:
- Condition: Plants must be in their original condition, alive, and free from damage.
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Photographic Evidence: If the plant is damaged upon arrival, we may require photographic evidence to process your return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 646-580-5744. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the plant is securely packaged in its original box to prevent damage during return shipping.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different plant or size, please follow the return process outlined above, then place a new order for the item you desire. Unfortunately, we do not process direct exchanges at this time.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These may include:
- Plants that have been removed from their original packaging and show signs of damage, neglect, or improper care.
